Deliveries
How long will my item take to get to me & can I track my item?
Items are posted the next day after the order is taken and processed. A tracking number will be sent in a confirmation email to let you know your item has been shipped.
UK deliveries normally take 3-5 working day depending on what time of the year it is. Around the Christmas period this may take a little longer. International deliveries normally take between 15-20 working days.
What do I do if my item doesn’t arrive?
If your item doesn’t arrive please send us an email to the customer services department. You will need to tell us the item you bought, the date you paid for the item and your tracking number. All these details will help us respond to your problem faster.

Is it possible to cancel an order?
In the event you wish to cancel your order you will need to contact us to see if your order has been processed. You are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and confirmed. If the order has already been dispatched you can return it, please ensure you check our Returns Policy before you do this.

What payment methods are accepted by Clarks Designer Store?
Clarks Designer Store accepts the following payment methods via our website:
All cheques & postal orders should be made payable to Clarks Designer Store Ltd. Please be aware this will take longer to process. We will cash the cheque on day of receiving it but this may take up to 5 days to clear. Postal orders will be cashed same day on receiving it and your item will be sent the following day. Items can be collected and paid for by cash but please contact us first before doing this.
