In the summer of 2011 Clarks Designer Store Ltd launched our family run online designer store. Our aim is to bring our customers expensive designer brands and high street brands at affordable prices. This will completely reflect in our pricing structure making us one of the cheapest online designer stores around.

We are a very unique store as we buy & sell new & used items but only stock top quality authentic designer clothes, shoes, bags & accessories. We specialise in handbags and cover a wide range of different styles and brands but also sell a wide range of clothes, shoes & accessories for men, women & children.

We stock brands from all around the world such as, Burberry, Prada, Gucci, Armani, Mulberry the list goes on! But we also stock much more affordable high street clothes, shoes, accessories & bags. Name’s like Karen Millen, Next, River Island, Jigsaw and many many more.

If you’re not completely satisfied with anything you buy, it’s really easy to arrange a return and get a refund. Our main concern is our customers. We will do everything we can to help with your problem as quick and as easy as possible.

Your online security is very important to us, so we use a secure payment service by World Pay & PayPal to make sure your payments go through safely.

Delivery Service
We do everything we can to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Dispatch times to our customers are extremely important to us. All items are tracked and traced making our service very reliable. Items are posted the next day after the order is taken and processed.  A tracking number will be sent in a confirmation email to let you know your item has been shipped. We only ever use Royal Mail & Parcel Force as our courier service and would always inform you if we had to use a different courier service. Please see Deliver Service page for full details.

Partner Companies 
Some of our stock is sold via our partner companies. This stock isn’t owned in anyway by Clarks Designer Store and will only be available for delivery. All our partner companies will be responsible for delivery & returns. Before returning an item please contact Clarks Designer Store first,  we’ll then be able to forward a returns address. Deliveries can take up to 14 working days, and refunds will only apply  for 7 days,  at the point of receiving the item.
